Order Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen delivery speed:

    • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
    • Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other Cities and Rural Areas: 4-7 business days

Shipping Rates

  • We have zero cost shipping.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email within 24 hours of order dispatch
  • Track your order through:
    • The shipping confirmation email
    • Customer support

Delivery Guidelines

  1. Standard delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  2. Someone must be available to receive the package
  3. Two delivery attempts will be made
  4. After failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our facility

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address: Customer bears reshipping charges
  • Customer unavailability: Free redelivery on the next business day
  • Courier issue: We bear reshipping charges

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • All packages are insured during transit
  • Report damaged packages within 24 hours of delivery
  • Lost package claims must be filed within 7 days of expected delivery date
  • Photo evidence required for damaged package claims

Weather Delays

  • Delivery times may be affected during extreme weather conditions
  • Customers will be notified of potential delays

COVID-19 Protocols

  • Contactless delivery available upon request
  • All packages sanitized before dispatch
  • Delivery personnel follow safety protocols

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping labels provided for eligible returns
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is free for:
    • Damaged/defective items
    • Wrong items received
    • Quality issues
  • Customer bears return shipping cost for:
    • Size/fit issues
    • Change of mind

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no cost
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will be treated as returns
